Certificate issued to the email provided within 1 to 3 hours after completion of the form.

Used to gain entry into countries that accept a Certificate of Recovery from COVID-19.

Must be able to upload a scan / proof of the initial test result when filling out the form after placing the order! 
The Certificate of Recovery can be requested 7 days after the date of your initial positive test result.

There are Countries that are now accepting certificates confirming recent recovery from Covid-19 as sufficient information to enter the country.
If the data from your completed form and the proof of your first positive test result matches then our team will issue a certificate of recovery.
The Recovery Certificate can’t be issued earlier than 7 days after an initial positive Covid-19 test result.
Please check the entry requirements for the country you intend to travel in order to avoid sudden changes to the requirements.

Issuing the certificate

  1. Place the order.
  2. Fill out the form emailed to you with a file uploaded containing proof of the initial test result (Full name, Date of Birth, Passport Number if applicable, date of when the positive test result was issued)
  3. Receive your Certificate of Recovery via email within 1 to 3 Hours.
