PLEASE NOTE – Your collection date must be within 7 days of your departure.

If you are already outside the UK or require a passenger locator number immediately, please book our Home Delivery PCR test which will be sent to your home or nominated address.

This is a PCR test, whereby you will need to return your swab to the clinic at a pre agreed return appointment which will be arranged once you collect your test.  Once your swab is returned to the clinic it will then be sent to our lab for testing.  You will receive your result by email.

If you cancel your appointment or fail to attend the appointment your Passenger Locator Number (PLN) will not be issued, you will need to re-book and pay for the service again.  We are not able to provide any refunds for cancellation or failed attendance.

You can only obtain a passenger locator number on a click and collect booking once your test has been collected from your chosen clinic (PRE DEPARTURE), it will not be issued before the test kit has been collected.

Please check the conditions before purchasing – failure to adhere to the conditions will result in the booking being cancelled and refunds will not be issued.

  • You MUST complete the personal details form (per person travelling)
  • You MUST upload proof of ID (valid passport)
  • You MUST upload proof of vaccinations
  • You MUST upload travel document
  • Please select your 15-minute appointment slot from available clinic locations (please note – failure to attend in the allocated 15-minute time slot will result in the booking being automatically cancelled. You will be required to re-purchase through our website, and you will not be eligible for a refund)
  • When you attend your 15-minute appointment you will be required to bring evidence of; a valid passport and travel documentation for each person on the allocated appointment. Failure to provide evidence of a valid passport and travel documentation when attending your appointment will automatically result in us cancelling your appointment and refunds will not be issued.
  • Once your details have been verified in clinic, you will then be issued a 15-minute drop off appointment for your test to be returned, failure to drop off your test on the chosen drop off appointment will result in the test not being completed.
  • The test Must be collected BEFORE DEPARTURE FROM UK
  • You can only book your appointment slot within 7 days of your departure from the UK
  • The Passenger Locator Number will only be provided once you have collected your test kit
  • If you arrive at the wrong location to either collect or return your sample you booking will not be able to be upheld.
  • We will be adding multiple clinics in the coming weeks
  • Our clinics offer 3000 test kits at £15 per test each month

If you are not fully vaccinated according to the UK Government criteria, you will have to take a Day 2 & Day 8 tests, and isolate for 10 days. Taking a Test to Release test is an option if you wish to end your isolation period earlier, if you need to purchase a Day 2 & Day 8 test you can do that below.

Our Click & Collect service is currently only available for collection at our Manchester Testing Centre (Hampton By Hilton – 41 Rochdale Road, Manchester, M4 4HT). We aim to make this available at multiple locations in the coming weeks but for now please be sure that you can collect from the Manchester Testing Centre (and drop off) if you are booking this service.
