First of all we're sorry if you have not received your PASSENGER LOCATOR FORM (PLF) number or have perhaps mislaid it. Not to worry we are here to help.
Simply enter your order number which you can find in your order confirmation email and the email address you used when placing your order and this will display the Passenger Locator Number for your booking. You can even email it to yourself!
Please note if you have ordered a CLICK & COLLECT test you will need to contact our call centre and your Passenger Locator Number will only be available after you have collected your test kit.
